Shipping Destinations We currently ship to customers within Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Whether you are ordering in Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Helsinki, we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time consists of order handling time plus carrier shipping transit time.

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Swedish public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Transit Times:

    • Sweden: 1–4 business days via PostNord, DHL, or DB Schenker.

    • Denmark & Finland: 2–5 business days via regional ground transport.

Note: Because perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, they are subject to specific transport safety regulations. We ship perfumes using specialized ground transport services, which may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times compared to standard cargo.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options across all our shipping destinations:

  • Sweden : Flat rate of 49 SEK (Free over 400 SEK)

  • Denmark : Flat rate of 39 DKK (Free over 300 DKK)
  • Finland : Flat rate of 5.00 Euros (Free over 40 EUR)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via the carrier's website.

Unclaimed Packages (Ej uthämtade paket)

For packages that are not picked up from your local postal agent within the required timeframe (usually 7 days), we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK. This fee covers our direct costs for return shipping and administrative handling.

Damages & Lost Items

Nordic Finds Vibe is liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit to you. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us immediately at info@nordicfindsvibe.se.
